Our aim is to promote a culture of learning and reflection. This ensures that the staff working at GTG have capabilities that keep pace with current standards, and that skills and knowledge required to deliver the professional service to the public of Guernsey are maintained and also enhanced.
All clinical staff take part in in-service training programmes including practical training sessions and updates, physiotherapy journal reviews, outside specialist speakers, regular clinical and professional supervision sessions and also undertake post-graduate training courses.
It is mandatory for all staff to have regular performance appraisals and we welcome feedback from anyone that has been involved or used GTG services.
